The 066-3056-03 is a BendixKing KI 209 VOR/LOC converter and glideslope indicator for aircraft navigation systems. This panel-mounted receiver displays course deviation and glide path guidance by processing signals from compatible VHF NAV and remote glideslope receivers. The converter drives CDI and HSI needles to show aircraft position relative to the selected VOR radial or localizer course during instrument approaches.
Installation requires alignment per the approved avionics manual and return-to-service testing. Used in general aviation and business aircraft equipped with BendixKing NAV/COMM systems.
