The 41536 is a momentary-action aircraft switch that energizes a circuit only while the button is pressed. A spring-return mechanism automatically returns the switch to idle when released. Commonly used as a push-to-talk transmit switch on aircraft control yokes and sticks.
The switch follows MIL-PRF-8805/96 conventions for aircraft-service pushbuttons. Installation and wiring must comply with the aircraft maintenance manual and FAA AC 43.13-1B electrical practices to ensure safe operation and proper circuit control.
