The 632092-4 is a Continental expansion plug with a 0.75-inch nominal diameter for sealing machined engine passages. This steel plug provides an interference fit to reliably close unused ports and gallery bores during engine assembly or overhaul. Installation requires a clean, correctly sized counterbore using approved methods per Continental's M-0 Standard Practice Maintenance Manual.
The plug maintains pressure integrity in engine block galleries and cooling passages. Available with Certificate of Conformance documentation for traceability in certified maintenance operations.
