Product Description

The 8781-10 is an electromagnetic contactor that remotely switches high-current DC circuits in aircraft electrical systems. An energized coil pulls an armature to close heavy-duty contacts, enabling remote control of starter motors and main power feeds from cockpit controls. Installed between control circuitry and high-load devices, this contactor isolates pilot controls from dangerous voltage levels while providing reliable circuit isolation.

Installation follows aircraft maintenance manual specifications and EWIS wiring practices per SAE AS50881. Commonly found in Cessna and Textron Aviation platforms.

Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
