The 96392-014 is a heated pitot tube for aircraft pitot-static systems that measures total pressure for airspeed indication. Electrical heating prevents ice crystal accumulation on the probe inlet, maintaining accurate airspeed readings in visible moisture and icing conditions. Mounted on the wing leading edge or fuselage, this probe supplies pressure to airspeed instruments and altitude systems.
Installation follows aircraft IPC/AMM documentation with standard pitot-static leak checks per FAA AC 43.13-1B. Built to FAA TSO-C16 standards for reliability in flight operations.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the HEATED PITOT TUBE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The HEATED PITOT TUBE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
