The AN470-4-8 is a universal head solid rivet conforming to AN470 specifications (superseded by MS20470). With 1/8-inch diameter and 1/2-inch length, this rivet fastens aircraft sheet-metal joints where a protruding head is acceptable. Material composition depends on the alloy code designation.
