The AN806-3 is a 37-degree flared tube fitting plug designed to cap aircraft fluid lines during maintenance and pressure testing. This steel plug fits 3/16-inch tube outer diameter with 3/8-24 UNF threads, conforming to AN806 and AS5168 standards. Install the plug onto the flared fitting and torque per the aircraft maintenance manual or applicable aerospace standards.
Commonly used in fuel, hydraulic, oil, and pneumatic systems on general and commercial aircraft to seal open line ends safely during servicing, inspection, and system pressure checks.
