The b97-15-601 is a left-hand engine shutoff valve that isolates fuel or flammable fluid flow to the engine for fire protection and maintenance. Installed on the left-hand fuel line, this valve responds to cockpit commands to stop fluid delivery when needed. The valve meets FAA shutoff means requirements under 14 CFR §25.1189 and §29.1189.
