The CI 429-410 is a dual-function ComDat antenna combining WAAS GPS and XM satellite reception in a single unit. This composite antenna meets FAA TSO-C190 certification standards for WAAS-enabled navigation systems. Mounted on the aircraft's upper exterior fuselage, it feeds WAAS GPS navigators and XM receivers simultaneously using a standard ARINC 743 footprint.
Installation requires mounting to the ARINC 743 pattern and wiring per the avionics installation manual. Verify compatibility with your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog before installation. Qualified for DO-301 WAAS system operations.
