The cr2249-5-7 is a universal-head blind rivet with aluminum sleeve and steel stem, supplied in a 100-pack. This fastener creates permanent joints in sheet metal where backside access is unavailable, using NAS1738-style head geometry for consistent flush or slightly protruding installation. Install with an approved blind-rivet puller by inserting the stem through aligned holes and pulling until the mandrel breaks, forming a mechanical lock on the blind side.
