The cr2249-6-8 is a 3/16 inch CherryMAX blind rivet with a bulbed universal head, 5056 aluminum sleeve, and steel stem. It features a mechanically locked mandrel for single-sided installation in airframe structures where access is limited to one side. The rivet accommodates a 0.438–0.500 inch grip range and requires Cherry-compatible tooling for installation.
