Product Description
The CR3242-5-3 is a CherryMAX flush-head blind rivet with an aluminum sleeve and 8740 steel mechanically locked stem. This rivet conforms to NAS1398 procurement specifications for aircraft structural applications. Designed for skin repairs and assembly where solid rivets cannot be bucked from the backside, it installs with an approved blind-rivet tool.
The flush head profile maintains aerodynamic contour on aircraft surfaces. Installation follows aircraft SRM or maintenance manual procedures.
