The cv99-14 is an aircraft check valve that permits one-way fluid flow while preventing backflow in hydraulic circuits. This inline valve maintains pressure integrity in hydraulic return lines and pressure systems by blocking reverse flow when system pressure drops. Commonly constructed from aluminum or steel bodies with precision-machined internal seating surfaces, the valve installs in flared-tube connections following MS28883/MS28882 series specifications.
Proper flow orientation during installation is critical—verify direction markings and consult the aircraft maintenance manual before assembly. Used across general aviation and commercial aircraft hydraulic systems.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the CHECK VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The CHECK VALVE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
