Product Description
The MS20819-5D is an aluminum tube fitting sleeve designed for 5/16-inch flared tubing in aircraft hydraulic and fluid line systems. This sleeve backs the tube flare and distributes load from the connecting nut, preventing damage to the flare cone. It installs behind the flare on 37-degree flared connections paired with AN818 nuts.
Constructed per MS20819 specifications and commonly cross-referenced with AN819/SAE AS5176, the sleeve ensures reliable sealed connections in pressurized aircraft systems. Torque the nut to values specified in the applicable aircraft maintenance manual.
