Product Description
The MS21251-B2S is a brass clip-locking turnbuckle barrel conforming to MS21251 specifications for aircraft cable tensioning. Designed for 6-40 thread and 1/16-inch cable applications, this component installs between threaded cable terminals in control-cable assemblies. After tensioning to specification, the barrel slots align with the cable terminal slots for securing with MS21256 locking clips per MIL-DTL-8878.
Supersedes the earlier AN155-8S design. Installation follows aircraft maintenance manual procedures to ensure proper cable tension and prevent inadvertent loosening during flight operations.
