The MS25171-23 is a silicone rubber terminal boot that insulates and protects electrical ring terminals with right-angle outlets. Slide the boot over the terminal lug to shield connections and reduce shorting risk on starter contactor studs and similar high-current applications. The flexible silicone material conforms to the terminal while the outlet channel routes the conductor through for secure connection.
Conforms to MS25171 series specifications (superseded by A-A-59178). Essential for maintaining electrical integrity in aircraft ignition and starting systems.
