The NAS552-4D is an aluminum alloy multiple fluid pressure line connector conforming to NAS552/AS4875 specifications. This fitting joins flared tube ends to route hydraulic and pneumatic pressure lines, as well as instrument sensing runs, throughout aircraft systems. The connector maintains pressure integrity in high-reliability applications where multiple fluid pathways converge.
Installation requires verification of size compatibility with your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog and adherence to NAS/AS fitting procedures outlined in the maintenance manual. Proper torque and flare dimension matching ensure leak-free operation.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the CONN,MULT,FLUID PRESLINE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The CONN,MULT,FLUID PRESLINE is available in: New Surplus. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
