THREADED CAPLUG (P/N pd-121) - As Removed

The PD-121 is a polyethylene threaded cap plug designed to protect and seal 37° flared JIC fittings on aircraft hydraulic and fluid lines. Featuring 1-1/16-14 UNF threads sized for 3/4-inch tubing, it installs with finger tightening directly onto the flare connection. Used in MRO operations to exclude contaminants and temporarily isolate hydraulic systems during maintenance, inspection, and storage.

The plug conforms to SAE J514 JIC fitting dimensions and standards. Installation requires only hand-tightening per applicable aircraft maintenance manuals.
