The pe9002 is an N male to BNC female RF adapter that converts between these two connector types while maintaining 50-ohm impedance matching. This between-series adapter enables connection of N-interface test equipment, such as spectrum analyzers, to BNC-terminated test leads during avionics bench testing and maintenance procedures. The adapter follows MIL-STD-348 dimensional standards for reliable mating with both connector types.
Installation requires hand-tight connection followed by torque application per equipment manufacturer specifications and maintenance manual guidance.
