The ra1j4-4 is a line-mounted pneumatic filter with a metal canister designed for aircraft vacuum and pressure systems. This Rapco FAA-PMA replacement uses 0.3-micron filtration media to protect downstream gyro instruments and sensitive pneumatic components from contamination. Install inline on beaded-tube connections within the pneumatic circuit, following your aircraft's maintenance manual for scheduled replacement intervals.
