The SSB509 is a pneumatic repair kit containing elastomeric seals and O-rings for servicing aircraft pneumatic components including valves and regulators. This kit restores pressure integrity in pneumatic circuits during MRO maintenance by replacing worn or damaged seals that cause leaks. The O-rings conform to AS/AMS aerospace specifications for pneumatic service applications.
Installation follows the applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manual (AMM) or Component Maintenance Manual (CMM) for your aircraft system. After installation, perform system leak-check testing to verify proper sealing and pressure retention. Verify kit compatibility in your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) before ordering.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the REPAIR KIT against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The REPAIR KIT is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
