Product Description

The 05-631145 is a dielectric plastic laminate insulator bushing that guides electrical conductors through panel and equipment case openings. It reduces chafe damage to wire insulation and prevents unintended bonding between the conductor and metal structure. Commonly used in starter-generator installations and similar wiring pass-through applications.

The bushing provides electrical isolation while maintaining mechanical support for the conductor. Installation follows FAA AC 43.13-1B guidance for feed-through insulators per applicable maintenance data.

Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
