The 064-1019-20 is a BendixKing KY-196 VHF transceiver for aircraft voice communication on the COM band (118.000–135.975 MHz). This panel-mounted radio provides pilot-to-ATC AM transmission and reception, operating on 28 VDC aircraft electrical systems. TSO-approved to FAA TSO-C37b/C38b standards for transmitter and receiver performance.
