The 09-00758 is a polyethylene wiper plunger designed for Techcon Pro-Seal cartridges. This extended plunger features a wiper leading edge that cleans the cartridge interior during sealant dispensing, maintaining consistent flow and preventing material buildup. Compatible with 2.5-oz and 6-oz disposable cartridges, it installs directly into the cartridge for use with Techcon TS950-series pneumatic guns and compatible applicators.
Used in aircraft MRO operations to dispense polysulfide fuel-tank sealants. Operation follows standard tool and sealant manufacturer instructions.
