The 10-00340 is a raised face cover plate for blanking vacant 3-1/8 inch instrument panel openings. CNC-machined from 0.125-inch 5052 aluminum with integrated 6-32 nut inserts, this plate mounts flush with the panel surface thanks to its 0.075-inch raised face. Used during avionics upgrades and instrument replacements to maintain panel integrity and appearance.
