Product Description
The 100-048-5-2 is a threaded pin-rivet, an internally threaded blind fastener that installs in thin aircraft structures without requiring backside access. This steel rivet-nut creates a captive threaded hole for bolt attachment on panels, access covers, and structural components. Installation uses a mandrel tool that expands the rivet body to secure it permanently in place.
