The 1000649-1 is an anti-icing valve that controls bleed-air flow in aircraft ice-protection systems. This valve modulates or shuts off engine bleed air directed to wing and empennage surfaces during icing conditions. Installed in the engine anti-ice bleed-air line on Embraer Legacy 600/650 aircraft, it prevents ice accumulation on critical aerodynamic surfaces.
Installation and testing must follow the aircraft maintenance manual and component CMM specifications. Verify IPC compatibility before replacement. NSN 1650-01-499-7539.
Manufactured by Hamilton Sundstrand.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The VALVE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
