The 109812-9 is a bleed-air valve that isolates or modulates engine compressor air in the pneumatic and environmental control system. This metal-bodied valve routes pressurized air from the engine compressor or shuts off flow as needed for cabin pressurization and thermal management. Installed in the bleed-air line on Hawker 800XP, 850XP, and 900XP aircraft, it controls pneumatic distribution to the ECS system.
Installation and leak-checking must follow the aircraft maintenance manual and FAA AC 43.13-1B guidance.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The VALVE is available in: New Surplus, Serviceable, As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
