This breaker automatically trips when overcurrent conditions occur, disconnecting power to prevent circuit damage and equipment failure. Installed on power distribution panels and feeder circuits throughout the aircraft electrical system (ATA 24).
The breaker resets manually after the overcurrent condition is cleared, eliminating the need for replacement. Amperage rating and installation location are determined by aircraft wiring manual specifications and maintenance procedures. Compatible with standard aircraft panel mounting configurations.
