Product Description
The 1n3170r is a silicon power rectifier diode in stud-mount DO-205AB configuration for aircraft electrical systems. This blocking diode permits forward current flow from the alternator while preventing reverse current back to the power source during charging cycles. Installed in aircraft power distribution networks, it protects the charging system and maintains DC bus integrity.
MIL-PRF-19500/211 rated for JAN/JANTX/JANTXV screening. Install per aircraft maintenance manual with correct polarity verification and torque specifications.
