The 2-7-sc1 is a static wick designed to dissipate precipitation static electricity from aircraft trailing edges. This discharge device prevents radio and navigation interference caused by static buildup during flight. Mounted on wing and tail trailing edges, it provides a low-impedance path for static charge to safely bleed away.
Built to MIL-DTL-9129 specifications, the static wick bonds directly to aircraft structure per manufacturer instructions and FAA AC 43.13-1B guidelines. Verify compatibility with your aircraft's IPC before installation.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
