The 2091g010800 is an outflow valve that regulates cabin exhaust airflow in aircraft pressurization systems. This valve modulates overboard flow during climb and descent to maintain differential pressure within safe operating limits. Aft-fuselage mounted and actuated by the cabin pressure controller, it opens and closes to control cabin altitude and prevent overpressurization.
Commonly used on Embraer EMB-120 aircraft and systems designed to meet 14 CFR 25.841 pressurization requirements. Installation follows aircraft AMM procedures with applicability verification in the IPC.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the OUT FLOW VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The OUT FLOW VALVE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
