Product Description
The 20h3p is a semiconductor diode for aircraft electrical systems. It controls current flow and suppresses voltage transients across relay and solenoid coils in DC wiring. By blocking reverse current spikes (flyback), this diode protects sensitive avionics and circuit components from damage during coil de-energization.
Manufactured to MIL-PRF-19500 standards for aviation reliability. Installation requires correct polarity orientation and compliance with AC 43.13-1B guidelines and the aircraft maintenance manual.
