The 24180-1 is a pneumatic cabin pressure regulator valve for aircraft environmental control systems. This modulating valve maintains fuselage differential pressure by controlling outflow and provides relief functions during pressurization cycles. Installed in the pressurization control loop alongside the outflow valve and controller, it regulates cabin altitude and prevents overpressurization.
Used on Bombardier Learjet 55 aircraft. Installation and rigging must follow the Aircraft Maintenance Manual specifications and verified against the Illustrated Parts Catalog to ensure proper system operation and airworthiness compliance.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the CABIN PRESSURE VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The CABIN PRESSURE VALVE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
