The 25-8CW349-1A is a stall warning microswitch actuated by a leading-edge vane sensor. When the vane detects an impending stall condition, the microswitch closes an electrical circuit to trigger a horn or annunciator in the cockpit, alerting the pilot per FAA regulations (14 CFR 23.2150, 25.207). Mounted in the wing leading-edge stall detector assembly, this switch provides critical aerodynamic warning during approach and landing phases.
Installation follows aircraft maintenance manual specifications and must be verified in the Illustrated Parts Catalog for aircraft eligibility.
