The 251h14961-3a is a gust lock assembly that immobilizes aircraft flight controls during parking and tie-down. This mechanical assembly secures control surfaces to prevent wind damage when the aircraft is unattended on the ground. Installed per Hawker 800, 800XP-850XP, and 900XP maintenance manuals, the gust lock engages control columns, yokes, and flight surfaces in a locked position.
