Product Description

The 2650-7 is a silicone-coated fiberglass firesleeve designed to protect fuel, oil, and hydraulic hoses in aircraft engine compartments. This fire-protection sleeve wraps around hose assemblies to improve heat and flame resistance during engine compartment fires. Constructed to SAE AS1072 specifications, it provides a critical thermal barrier between hoses and high-temperature sources.

Installation involves sliding the firesleeve over the appropriately sized hose and securing it with clamps per manufacturer guidance. Used across general aviation and commercial aircraft engine installations where fuel system integrity during fire events is essential.

Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
