The 2H3-5 is an aircraft vacuum regulator for engine-driven pump pneumatic systems. Installed in the suction line between the pump and instrument manifold, it stabilizes vacuum pressure to operate gyro instruments reliably. The regulator bleeds air as needed to maintain consistent suction levels across varying flight conditions.
Part of the Airborne/Tempest regulator family (cross-referenced to 133C1 series), it's commonly found in general aviation and corporate aircraft. Installation and adjustment must follow the aircraft maintenance manual and regulator-specific instructions for proper calibration.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the VACUUM REGULATOR against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The VACUUM REGULATOR is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
