The 321456-2 is an electrically actuated bleed air shutoff valve that isolates high-temperature bleed air in aircraft environmental control systems. This valve provides on/off flow control during engine start, shutdown, and fault conditions, preventing unwanted air supply to cabin pressurization and heating circuits. Installed in the bleed air distribution manifold, it responds to electrical commands from the aircraft control system.
Installation requires verification against the aircraft maintenance manual, IPC compatibility check, and proper wiring and pneumatic schematic routing per OEM specifications.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the BLEED AIR SHUT OFF VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The BLEED AIR SHUT OFF VALVE is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
