The 3290802-1 is a modulating valve for aircraft environmental control systems. This proportional control valve regulates bleed-air flow to maintain cockpit temperature setpoints in Hawker Beechcraft and Textron aircraft. Installed in ECS ducting upstream of the air conditioning pack or mixer unit, it meters pressurized engine bleed air based on temperature demand signals.
The valve responds to cabin temperature inputs, adjusting flow proportionally rather than opening or closing fully. Installation and rigging must follow the Aircraft Maintenance Manual and manufacturer-approved procedures specific to your aircraft model.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the VALVE OUTLINE, MODULATING against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The VALVE OUTLINE, MODULATING is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
