The 35-364151-41 is a nonmetallic insulator that isolates wiring and hardware from aircraft structure. This nonconductive component prevents chafing damage to wire bundles and eliminates unintended electrical grounding paths. Commonly installed at bulkhead feed-throughs where wires pass through structural openings, the insulator shields conductors from sharp edges and metal contact.
Installation follows aircraft maintenance manual specifications and FAA AC 43.13-1B accepted practices. Verify compatibility with your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog before use.
