Product Description
The 35-80003-0001-1 is a steel backing sleeve for 37-degree flared tube connections in aircraft hydraulic and fuel systems. This sleeve supports and aligns the tube flare while a mating nut creates a metal-to-metal seal with an AN818 tube nut. Used in AN819/MS20819/SAE AS4841-type rigid-line assemblies, the sleeve prevents flare deformation during installation and torquing.
