The 35550-2-255 is a linear thermal sensing element for aircraft continuous-loop fire detection systems. This semiconductor-based device uses conductors encased in a protective tube to monitor temperature changes in engine and nacelle areas. When installed in the detection loop, it interfaces with the aircraft's fire warning control unit to trigger alerts if overheat conditions are detected.
Commonly used in Beechcraft Premier applications. Installation and testing must follow the applicable Aircraft Maintenance Manual and wiring diagrams for proper system integration.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the SENSING ELEMENT against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The SENSING ELEMENT is available in: As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
