The 41390-10 is a shuttle valve assembly for aircraft hydraulic systems. This three-port component selects the higher upstream pressure between two inlet sources while blocking reverse flow, maintaining system integrity. Commonly installed in brake circuits to automatically select normal or emergency hydraulic pressure as needed.
The valve uses a poppet mechanism to direct flow to the service port based on pressure differential. Installation and testing must follow the applicable aircraft maintenance manual and FAA AC 43.13-1B guidance before returning the aircraft to service.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the VALVE ASSY against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The VALVE ASSY is available in: Serviceable. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
