The 45as66008-5 is a pneumatic anti-ice valve that regulates engine bleed-air flow to wing and cowl ice-protection manifolds. This shutoff and modulation valve responds to commands from the aircraft's ice-protection controller, routing heated air on demand to prevent ice accumulation on critical surfaces. Installed in the aircraft pneumatic system per ATA 30 specifications, the valve maintains system pressure while enabling precise thermal management during flight.
Verify part compatibility with your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog before installation.
Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.

Hydraulic component compatibility depends on the aircraft system design. Common aviation hydraulic fluids include MIL-PRF-5606 (mineral-based), MIL-PRF-83282 (synthetic), and Skydrol (phosphate ester). Verify the ANTI ICE VALVE against your aircraft maintenance manual for fluid compatibility.
Overhauled and repaired hydraulic components are pressure-tested per manufacturer specifications and include 8130-3 documentation. The ANTI ICE VALVE is available in: Serviceable, As Removed. Contact us for test documentation on your selected condition.
In-stock hydraulic components ship same business day before 3 PM EST. We provide 24/7 AOG support at (904) 998-9101 for urgent hydraulic system needs. RFQ submissions are typically quoted within 24 hours.
