The 46244 is an Alcor 2-1/4 inch panel-mount exhaust gas temperature (EGT) meter designed for piston aircraft engine monitoring. This PMA-approved instrument uses a Type K thermocouple with a 240-inch lead to measure and display real-time EGT readings. Connected to a compatible Type K probe mounted in the engine exhaust system, it provides accurate data for mixture leaning and combustion efficiency monitoring.
