The 481-361 is a screw-in exhaust gas temperature (EGT) probe for piston-engine monitoring. This Type K thermocouple installs in the exhaust stream near the cylinder outlet to measure combustion temperatures. The probe feeds real-time data to engine monitors, enabling accurate mixture setting and trend analysis during flight operations.
