Product Description

The 6190 is a velocity fuse installed in aircraft brake hydraulic circuits upstream of wheel brakes. When line rupture causes flow to exceed a preset threshold, the fuse closes automatically to isolate the failed section and preserve system pressure. This prevents complete hydraulic loss from a downstream line failure, maintaining braking capability on remaining wheels.

The fuse must be installed per aircraft AMM specifications and FAA AC 43.13-1B hydraulic guidance. Verify compatibility with your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog before installation.

Please note: Product descriptions are provided for informational purposes. Always refer to your aircraft's Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC) to verify part compatibility and specifications.
