The 622-6152-001 is a Collins VHF-22A communications transceiver for aircraft VHF voice transmission in the 118.000–135.975 MHz airband. This remote-mount unit provides 720 channels with narrow selectivity, serving as the primary VHF radio for general aviation and corporate aircraft. Installation requires rack mounting in the avionics bay, power supply connection, audio wiring to headsets and speakers, and a control interface such as the CTL-22.
