The 622-6524-001 is a Collins IND-42A DME indicator panel-mounted display unit for distance measuring equipment systems. It receives slant-range distance and navigation data from DME-42 or DME-442 transceivers, presenting computed distance information to flight crews. The indicator features three-channel selection capability for multi-DME control and switching.
Installation mounts directly in the aircraft instrument panel with electrical connections to the associated DME transceiver per avionics manual specifications. Commonly installed on business aircraft including the Beechjet 400A.
